The following work is being completed: ITS is enabling the ability to recall messages that have been read within Exchange Online. Previous versions of this feature restricted users from recalling read messages. However, Microsoft has stated that additional changes to the overall recall service now result in a 95% success rate, prompting ITS enable this feature for WSU users.
All affected groups: Users of WSU email via Exchange Online.
All processes affected: No impact expected. Email services will remain online and available during this maintenance.
Duration of impact: No impact expected.
Follow up steps customers need to take: None.
Additional feature notes: Message recall is only available within Exchange Online. If a user sends a message to an external address such as Gmail, the recall service is not available.
