The following work is being completed: Jira and Confluence applications will be upgraded (v.8.20. See attached release notes for additional information.
Duration of impact: Jira will be offline for the scheduled maintenance upgrade for 24 hours.
All affected groups: All users during the maintenance window
All processes affected: Windows Server Patching – intermittent outages are expected for systems without redundancy.
Follow-up steps customers need to take: Please note that Jira test has already been upgraded to v.8.20. Please log into our test environment to explore some of the new features with your team – Jira TEST. If you have anything to report, you can do so here – ESSD service desk.
