The following work is being completed: The PAM.WSU.EDU Portal will be retired on April 2 at approximately 8 p.m. After this change, users will not be able to sign into the PAM portal.
All affected groups: All MGTHUB Users
All affected processes: Access to the WSU’s PAM portal
Duration of impact: Ongoing
Follow up steps customers need to take: None. User roles will be migrated to direct assigned roles.
Additional Info: As part of the retirement process, users will be directly mapped to their roles in the PAM portal. Future role changes will be done by ITS’ Collaboration and Directory Services (CDS) team directly.
