The following work is being completed: ITS is updating Jira to version 9.4.18. The update contains several security patches. Once completed, this change is expected to have minimal impact on users. During this maintenance window, Jira will be inaccessible.
All affected groups: WSU Jira users
All affected processes: Access to Jira and Jira Service Management
Duration of impact: 36 hours. This change will occur during the service’s regularly scheduled maintenance window.
