Start Time: 8 p.m.
End Time: 11:59 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is setting a new password for the service account that allows Help Desk (HD) Tools to function. There will be a very short period (less than 2 minutes) when the passwords are changing that HD Tools may not be able to create or modify O365 objects.
All affected groups: WSU HD Tools administrative users with access to the HD Tools service account.
All affected processes: Credentials for the HD Tools service account.
Duration of impact: No significant HD Tools outage is expected during this maintenance. This change will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, but the entire maintenance window will be reserved for this work.
Necessary follow up steps: None.
