New ITS Service Catalog and Customer Support Portals

Effective Feb. 1, Information Technology Services (ITS) moved the Information Technology Services Catalog to a new website and redesigned two customer contact resources.

ITS recommends all users update any saved or bookmarked service links to the new catalog site.

Featuring nearly 300 ITS service listings, this comprehensive catalog offers detailed service features, request forms, contact information, and more, serving as a centralized resource for all information regarding ITS services.

ITS also offers a new user-friendly WSU Technology Help Center that streamlines contact with technical support groups and offers visitors the best ways to connect with IT services system-wide.

Along with the new system Help Center, Crimson Service Desk introduced a similarly designed customer support home page, expanding accessibility to self-service resources and enabling seamless communication with the support team.

Accessible via mobile or desktop devices, the new and updated resources will empower users to locate and engage the diverse technology support services WSU and ITS offer.
