Tentatively scheduled before the end of the December, MathWorks will implement a minor update to the MATLAB and Simulink login process, affecting new and current WSU users accessing the software. This upcoming login change will not impact the original functionality of the MathWorks applications.
Information Technology Services (ITS) anticipates this change will become visible to WSU users between Dec. 14 and Dec. 20. To best prepare for any questions regarding the updated login process, the following document provides detailed instructions, including screenshots, on how to access MATLAB and Simulink as both a new and current user with the new end-user workflow: New MathWorks Login Process (PDF)
New users will be prompted with a WSU Network Authentication page when creating a MathWorks account, and current users will be prompted to login through a WSU Network Authentication page when they access the software application on their device.
