Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:
Dates: Nov. 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, and 16, 2023
Start Time: 8:00 p.m.
End Time: 6:00 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS will perform a multistep upgrade process on the ADFS Infrastructure. As this is a highly resilient stack of servers, no significant service outage is expected.
All affected processes: Applications not fully migrated to Shibboleth or Okta.
Duration of impact: Brief, minimal outages may occur at the start of some of the maintenance windows only to take snapshots of the clusters or roll back if issues arise.
