Dates: Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023 – Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023
Start Time: 8:00 p.m.
End Time: 11:59 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS will perform maintenance on the MIMPAM Stack to migrate all hosts to a newer supported operating system.
All affected groups: All MGTHUB Tiered administration accounts.
All affected processes: Intermittent service outages of the portal are expected during the maintenance windows.
Duration of impact: Impact will be ongoing. Outages will occur overnight as much as possible but may occur during the day on the maintenance dates.
Necessary follow up steps: If access to the portal is needed during the scheduled maintenance, or if an issue arises and the portal is not available, please contact Geoff Collins to get temporary access restored.
