On Friday, Sept. 29, Information Technology Services (ITS) will upgrade Jira to the Long Term Support release 9.4.9. Upgrading provides security, stability, and performance enhancements. This change will occur during the services’ regularly scheduled maintenance window of 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, to 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1.
During this maintenance window, Jira will be inaccessible. Once completed, this change is expected to have minimal impact on users.
Leading up to this scheduled maintenance, users are encouraged to test the updated version of Jira at https://tstjira.esg.wsu.edu/. Please note that the data in tstJira will be different than in production.
