The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading Palo Alto firewalls to address security and bug fixes on the following schedule:
Monday, May 22 – 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• iReach Border
• TriCities Border
• Spokane Border
• Yakima Border
Wednesday, May 24 – 4:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• Pullman Border
Duration of impact for all locations: Although no service interruptions are expected, the upgrade involves two failovers between the active and passive firewalls.
Affected Processes: The failovers will cause a one- to two-second delay in traffic each time, possibly affecting very sensitive jobs.
