Biography

Jacqueline became part of ITS in 2016 and currently serves as the Director for the ITS System Communications and Customer Experience group, supporting both Pullman and the broader university community. This unit encompasses Crimson Service Desk, Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies, and ITS Communications.

As a two-time Coug alum, Jacqueline is deeply committed to enhancing the WSU community experience. She actively collaborates on ITS and WSU initiatives, including system IT governance, AI policy development, and system communications standards. Jacqueline also occasionally teaches at the Murrow College and has contributed to various committees, such as APAC and the President’s Commission on the Status of Women, chairing multiple years of the WSU Pullman’s Woman of the Year program.

Before joining WSU, Jacqueline worked in the private sector, providing support in accounting, marketing, communications, and business management for both non-profit and privately held companies.

Jacqueline holds a master’s degree in strategic communication from WSU and has received recognition throughout her career for her outstanding contributions to customer care, communications, and photography. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and indulging in a lifelong love of sugar.
