The following work is being completed: ITS is updating all campus firewall blocklists to include compromised and blocked IP addresses identified via XSIAM.
All affected groups: Systems or users whose traffic involves the IP addresses identified as compromised or blocked
All affected processes:
- Identified IP addresses and URLs will be blocked on Palo Alto firewalls for both ingress and egress traffic, with no traffic permitted to or from those addresses.
- List of identified IP addresses is exported into four generic indicator types: IP, CIDR, URL, Domain
Duration of impact: No additional service outage or disruption is expected beyond blocking traffic associated with the identified IP addresses.
