The following out of schedule maintenance is being performed to address urgent technical issues:

End Time: 9 p.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS is completing an urgent reboot of the Cisco Voicemail Servers.

All affected groups: ITS technical support who manage Cisco

All affected processes: This reboot will resolve unexpected voicemail issues to ensure all messages are successfully retrieved.

Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected.
