The following work is being completed: ITS is updating the licensing on the PaloAlto firewalls from the ELA/ESA model to a la carte as part of the firewall support renewal.
All affected groups: All WSU sites
All affected processes: Licensing for the PaloAlto firewalls at Everett, Vancouver, TriCities, Spokane, Pullman, and Seattle-TierPoint.
Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected. The entire maintenance window is reserved to complete this work.
