The following work is being completed: ITS is removing unregistered and inactive devices from the WSU telecommunications system.
All affected groups: WSU System
All affected processes: ITS will decommission Cisco phones that have not been logged into the system in over a year, and voicemail accounts that are inactive.
Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected for active Cisco phones and voicemail accounts.
Necessary follow-up steps: If an active phone is inadvertently decommissioned during this maintenance window, please submit a ticket to Crimson Service Desk and request it be rebuilt.
