The following work is being completed: ITS is moving the shared storage from the local Confluence nodes to a redundant file share to improve system resiliency.

All affected processes: Confluence will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window. While Jira will remain online, WSU Knowledge Base articles and other Confluence-based support articles that are linked to Jira service desk portals may not be accessible during this time.
Duration of impact: Up to four hours
