The following work is being completed: ITS is releasing an updated version of Tech Tools to address bug fixes and introduce new tools. Tech Tools will remain online as the service is updated.

All affected processes: This version update (v1.17) will:
- New features in Tech Tools
- Rework the following components to follow React best practices and error handling:
- Reset Password
- Add/Edit Secondary Email
- Resend Okta Invitation
- Get/Reset Okta Factors
- Rename NID/FID
- Phished NID
- Suspend/Unsuspend Account
- Refactor Post 1.0 Components:
- List NIDs Office 365 Information
- Unblock Office 365 Mailbox
- Reset AD Password
- Expire/Unexpire Account
- Update Email Forwarding
- Enable/Disabled AD
- Add New Proxy Address
- Rework the following components to follow React best practices and error handling:
Duration of impact: No outage is expected. All updates are permanent unless addressed in a future version release. The entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Necessary follow up steps: None
Additional information: Visit ITS’ Tech Tools development tasks resource to review scheduled feature releases and submit new feature requests. This resource is available to all WSU users with a Confluence license. If you are interested in testing new features, you can do so in the Tech Tools test environment.
