End Time: 11:59 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is migrating the Pullman Border Firewall to the Campus Firewall hardware.
All affected groups: WSU Pullman and other WSU locations supported by Pullman-based infrastructure.
All affected processes: Internet connectivity and Voice over IP (VoIP) phone services supported by the Pullman Border Firewall.
Duration of impact: Internet and VoIP outage lasting up to 15 minutes is expected for WSU Pullman and other locations during the scheduled maintenance window. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved to complete this work.
