The following work is being completed: ITS is updating the configuration of the Entra/O365/Okta connection. This change will allow Entra to identify when Okta has confirmed multi-factor authentication for a user login.
All affected groups: All user accounts in Entra ID/Okta
All affected processes: Entra ID Logins from Okta
Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected. This work will not result in customer-visible changes.
