The following work is being completed: ITS is adding services to the WSU Wireless authentication service for ResNet specific networks.
All affected groups: WSU Wireless users
All affected processes: The WSU Wireless authentication service will process additional services. There is a minor possibility that WSU Wireless users may not be placed in their previously assigned Role-Based Network (RBN) following the completion of this maintenance.
Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected during the maintenance window.
Necessary follow-up steps: If a user is unable to access internal WSU resources that they previously had access to, please submit a ticket to Crimson Service Desk for assistance.
