Information Technology Services (ITS) is performing scheduled maintenance from Monday, Dec. 15, 2025, to Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, as part of the quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process.
All scheduled upgrades are intended to address security vulnerabilities and apply bug fixes.
During various maintenance windows, internet and VoIP phone connectivity at WSU Pullman may be temporarily disrupted. No action is required from faculty, staff, or students once the maintenance windows are complete.
The complete quarterly network maintenance schedule is outlined below.
Work with Expected Service Impact
Network or internet outages lasting between 15 and 30 minutes are expected at WSU Pullman during the following maintenance windows. However, the entire duration of the windows is reserved to complete all planned work.
4 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Migrate Group 1 to new ResNet infrastructure
4 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Migrate Group 2 to new ResNet infrastructure
4 a.m. to 6 a.m.
