The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading Jira to version 10.3.12. This upgrade will bring the Jira service up to the latest long term support version. During this maintenance window, both Jira and Confluence will be inaccessible.
All affected groups: WSU Jira and Confluence users
All affected processes: Access to Jira and Confluence will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Following the completion of this maintenance, WSU Atlassian users will see minor changes to the look, feel, and function of Jira due to the new software version the service will be running.
