The following work is being completed: ITS is releasing an updated version of Tech Tools to address bug fixes and introduce new tools. Tech Tools will remain online as the service is updated. HD Tools will be fully decommissioned in conjunction with the MIM database server. Attempts to access previous HD Tools links will redirect users to Tech Tools.
All affected groups: WSU Tech Tools users
All affected processes: This version update (v1.15) will:
- New features in Tech Tools
- NID Log Migration
- Bug fix for O365 Information
- Features leaving HD Tools
- HD Tools will be fully decommissioned
Duration of impact: No outage is expected on Tech Tools. All updates are permanent unless addressed in a future version release. The entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.

Additional information: Visit ITS’ Tech Tools development tasks resource to review scheduled feature releases and submit new feature requests. This resource is available to all WSU users with a Confluence license. If you are interested in testing new features, you can do so in the Tech Tools test environment.
