The following work is being completed: ITS will update the login page for Qualtrics to login.wsu.edu.
All affected groups: WSU Qualtrics users
All affected processes: The WSU Qualtrics login page will match the login page for major university services such as email, Workday, Canvas, and myWSU. WSU Qualtrics users will be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) when accessing the service.
Expected changes:
WSU Qualtrics login page to appear before June 11
WSU Qualtrics login page to appear starting June 11
Duration of impact:
- During the maintenance window: No service outage is expected. However, users may briefly see two different login options as ITS verifies the login page migration.
- Following the maintenance window: This is a permanent change.
