The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading myWSU PeopleTools from version 8.59 to 8.61. During a portion of the maintenance window, myWSU will be temporarily unavailable.
All affected groups: myWSU users
All affected processes: myWSU access
Duration of impact: myWSU is expected to return online before 11:59 p.m. on May 31, with service to be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete and verified. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved to accommodate any unforeseen technical issues that may require additional time to resolve.
Necessary follow-up steps: Users who experience issues accessing pages or completing tasks in myWSU after the upgrade are advised to clear their browser cache as an initial troubleshooting measure.
