The following work is being completed: ITS is enabling a two-click view feature for encrypted emails in Outlook to reduce the risk of accidental data or information exposure.
All affected groups: WSU users who utilize the encrypted email service via the new Microsoft Outlook desktop apps or Outlook for the web
All affected processes: Organization configuration for accessing encrypted emails
Duration of impact: This is a permanent change.
Necessary follow-up steps: WSU users accessing encrypted emails will be required to select a View Message button to access every encrypted email. After selecting this button, the encrypted email will render.
