The following work is being completed: ITS is updating Jira and Jira Service Management to patched versions. Due to clustering, zero downtime is expected during this update.
All affected groups: WSU Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) users
All affected processes: Minor changes to the look and feel of Jira and JSM; new functionality will also be introduced to Jira and JSM due to feature updates and bug fixes.
Duration of impact: No Jira or JSM impact is expected.
