The following work is being completed: ITS is updating Pullman Border firewall packet buffer latency limits. Latency limits will increase, allowing traffic to stay in the buffer for longer before being flagged and discarded. This change will decrease the chance that VPN and SMB (file transfers) will be flagged incorrectly as a threat and dropped.

Duration of impact: No outage is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
