End Time: 9 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is installing newly released and required security patches into Confluence. This change requires a database configuration change on the database server, causing an outage of up to five minutes between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for Jira and Confluence as the initial changes are applied. ITS will then follow the procedure for a stagged patching of Confluence.
All affected groups: WSU Jira and Confluence users
All affected processes: WSU Jira and Confluence access
Duration of impact: Outage of up to five minutes between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for Jira and Confluence. No additional downtime is anticipated, but the services could see interruptions as nodes are patched. The entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
