Installation of Exchange Hotfix, 2/13

Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:

Start Time: 8 p.m.

End Time: 11:59 p.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS is installing a hotfix for Exchange that will address the following issues:

  • Issues when searching cached content
  • “We can’t open this document” error in Outlook on the Web after installing March 2024 SU
  • Search error in Outlook cached mode after installing March 2024 SU
  • OwaDeepTestProbe and EacBackEndLogonProbe fail after installing March 2024 SU
  • Edit permissions option in the ECP can’t be edited
  • Outlook doesn’t display unread message icon after installing Exchange Server March 2024 SU
  • My Templates add-in doesn’t work after installing Exchange Server March 2024 SU
  • Download domains not working after installing the March 2024 SU

All affected groups: WSU Exchange users

All affected processes: Exchange

Duration of impact: No outage is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
