The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the Tier 1 SCCM service.
All affected groups: WSU Tier 1 SCCM users
All processes affected: ITS Tier 1 SCCM will be down during the change window, which means Tier 1 server patching and app installs will be offline.
Necessary follow up steps: If necessary, submit a request ticket for rebuilding Tier 1 USB imaging sticks.
