From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, Crimson Service Desk will update the landing page for crimsonservicedesk.wsu.edu to direct users to the Information Technology Services (ITS) Crimson Service Desk website.
This change will ensure Crimson Service Desk’s primary support website aligns with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and becomes fully compliant with these standards.
Users will now have a wider range of support options when accessing the ITS Crimson Service Desk website, including direct access to the WSU Knowledge Base, appointment scheduling, submitting issues, and more.
This website will also continue to offer the “Submit an Issue” functionality at the top of the page, ensuring WSU users can quickly and easily request assistance as needed:

ITS does not anticipate that the Crimson Service Desk support website will experience any service outage during the update, and access to these resources will remain uninterrupted.
