The following work is being completed: ITS is troubleshooting a MAC learning issue on FSHN Distribution. Part of this work may require a reboot of the distribution.
Duration of impact for all locations: A 30-minute network outage is expected if the distributions have to be rebooted, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Affected Processes: Internet and phone services fed from FSHN Distribution. A list of affected buildings is at the end of the email.
Necessary follow up steps: If VoIP phones do not return to service after a maintenance window, please reboot the phone.
