Start Time: 8 p.m.
End Time: 10 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is moving the Pullman VPN gateways to their own security zone on the Pullman Border Firewall. This will allow more granular control of accesses to these gateways as ITS troubleshoots and mitigates the intermittent increased latency issues.
Duration of impact for all locations: A 15-minute outage of VPN services is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Affected Processes: Pullman VPN services.
Necessary follow up steps: As a part of troubleshooting, access to the gateways will be limited to USA, Canada, Mexico, European Union (EU), and Australia. If you have users currently in other countries, please email that information to its.node@wsu.edu for ITS to include that country.
