Effective Monday, July 15, Crimson Service Desk will move to a new location and offer walk-in technical support services in Holland Library, room 150, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Walk-in technical support will remain available in Smith Center for Undergraduate Education (CUE), room 302, until July 15.

Updating Contact Documentation
Following July 15, ITS encourages instructors with syllabi, Canvas content, or other academic materials shared with students or colleagues that lists Crimson Service Desk’s walk-in location to update their resources to direct individuals to the team’s new location in Holland 150.
Similarly, ITS requests departmental websites, support articles, or other online resources managed by university technical teams that list CUE 302 as Crimson Service Desk’s current walk-in location be updated to reflect this location change.
Holland 150 to be Shared Space with Pullman Classroom Support
Starting July 15, Holland 150 will serve as a shared space for Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies, placing the two ITS support teams in a central location on campus.
This move will ensure easier access to in-person technical and classroom support for WSU students and employees, as well as a greater depth of support and quicker triage between all Crimson Service Desk and Pullman Integrated Academic Technologies staff when campus-wide issues arise.
