About ITS

Information Technology Services (ITS) manages the university’s network and communications infrastructure, as well as campus data center facilities. ITS also provides a wide range of services and applications supporting campus research, learning, and teaching.

What We Do

ITS’ main offices are located in the heart of the Pullman campus in the IT Building, with additional facilities and support staff serving in other Pullman campus locations. We manage the university’s network and communications infrastructure and deliver services that include:

  • Research computing solutions, servers, and storage
  • Account services and network registration systems
  • Email, calendar, and cloud collaboration tools
  • Phones, operator services, and medical paging systems

ITS strives to be a partner across organizational boundaries to ensure that you, as a member of the WSU community, always have the technology you need to get your work done. Our goal is to provide solutions that enable flexibility, with IT support available 24/7. We want you to have access to your data and everyday resources from anywhere, backed by the technology and support you need.
