The following work is being completed: As part of the PaloAlto license renewal process, ITS is replacing firewall hardware at WSU Pullman.
All affected groups: Users accessing network services at or through WSU Pullman.
All affected processes: Network connectivity will be temporarily disrupted at WSU Pullman. Services across the system that rely on Pullman campus network infrastructure may also experience interruptions.
Duration of impact: Users can expect multiple intermittent network outages, each lasting between 15 to 30 minutes. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
