Start Time: 6 a.m.
End Time: 7 a.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS’ support vendor is installing a required work study patch into myWSU for federal reporting.
All affected processes:
- Control-M (CTM) and scheduled processing will be paused for the maintenance duration.
- myWSU application servers will be rebooted one at a time to complete the install.
Duration of impact:
- For CTM: Entire maintenance window.
- For myWSU services: No service outage or disruption is expected.
