The following work is being completed: Explorance is upgrading Blue from version 8 to version 9. WSU utilizes Blue for course evaluations and reports.
All affected groups: WSU instructors, staff, and graduate students who have course evaluation reports hosted in Explorance Blue.
All affected processes: The Explorance Blue homepage will adopt an updated interface.
Duration of impact:
- During the maintenance window: Explorance Blue will be unavailable for up to five days while this vendor-driven upgrade is completed.
- Following the maintenance window: Explorance Blue interface changes will be permanent.
Necessary follow-up steps: None
Additional information:
- Existing reports will not be altered and will be available as they were before this upgrade.
- DIG, Course Evaluations, and Reports will function as they did before this upgrade.
- Scheduling and procedures for course evaluations will not be altered by this upgrade.
- No course evaluations are scheduled during this maintenance window, minimizing user impact.
