Dates: Thursday, July 31, 2025
Start Time: 8 p.m.
End Time: 11:59 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the copper access switches in the ITS DataCenters (ITB and Sloan) and ITB 1010 for urgent bug fixes and security patches. This upgrade will not affect the fiber infrastructure in those locations.
All affected groups: WSU System
All affected processes: The Pullman DataCenter copper switch upgrades will be rolling to minimize impact to services especially for redundant services.
Duration of impact for all locations: Each switch will experience an outage of up to 15 minutes, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
