Start Time: 8 p.m.
End Time: 9 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS will replace the certificates on the WSU ClearPass Radius servers for all WSU wireless service set identifiers (SSIDs).
All affected groups: Users connected to a WSU wireless SSID across the system
All affected processes: WSU wireless SSIDs. Review a complete list of impacted SSIDs.
Duration of impact: WSU users may experience a brief wireless network disruption lasting up to five minutes as the certificates are replaced. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Necessary follow-up steps: No action is expected for most users. However, some clients may prompt WSU users to accept the new certificate or confirm if they expect the wireless network in this location. If prompted, users should select the “Accept,” “Connect,” or “OK” dialog. With this prompt, additional information about the certificate, radius server, and wireless connection may also appear.
