The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the BIOS for the Pullman DataCenter spine infrastructure to address a bug that is causing occasional unplanned infrastructure reboots. This upgrade requires a reboot of each spine, which will be completed one at a time to ensure continuous service availability and minimize any potential impact.

Duration of impact: No service outage or disruption is expected as a result of this work.
