The following work is being completed: ITS is decommissioning the legacy Help Desk (HD) Tools system on June 24. HD Tools functionality will be available via Tech Tools.
All affected groups: WSU HD Tools users
All affected processes: HD Tools
Duration of impact: This is a permanent change.
Necessary follow-up steps: HD Tools users must completely migrate to Tech Tools starting June 24. If you do not currently hold access to Tech Tools and believe you require access, please submit a request to crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu.
