End Time: 11:59 p.m.
The following work is being completed: ITS is disabling Legacy Exchange Online tokens across all tenants.
All affected groups: WSU users utilizing add-ins running legacy Exchange Online tokens
All affected processes: Add-ins relying on legacy Exchange Online tokens for tasks such as user identification, Microsoft Exchange Web Services (EWS), or Microsoft Outlook REST API calls will no longer function.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent change.
Necessary follow up steps: Once Legacy Exchange Tokens are disabled it can take 24-48 hours for add-ins to show authentication issues. If any third party Office add-ins that have been previously deployed stop working please submit a ticket as soon as possible so that an exception can be requested from Microsoft and any impacted vendors can be contacted for support.
