Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:
Date: Tuesday, May 20, and Wednesday, May 21, 2025 (if needed)
Start Time: 8 p.m. (each day)
End Time: 11:59 p.m. (each day)
The following work is being completed: ITS is upgrading the Pullman DataCenter fiber switch infrastructure for bug and security fixes. Most work will be completed on May 20; any remaining work will be completed on May 21.
All affected groups: WSU System
All affected processes: Services fed from ITS DataCenter infrastructure in ITB and Sloan
Duration of impact: Non-redundant services will experience a 15-minute network outage. Redundant services will only experience a slight interruption as routing reconverges. However, the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
Necessary follow-up steps: If a phone does not register during or following this maintenance window, please unplug the cable from the back of the phone and plug it back in to reregister the device.
