The following work is being completed: Following a recent update to the attendance report service for Teams meetings, all attendance reports are now only retained for one year. As part of this change, attendance reports for meetings held before Nov. 1, 2024, will only be accessible until late August 2025.
All affected groups: WSU Teams meeting organizers and co-organizers who access attendance reports
All affected processes: Meeting attendance report availability via all Teams platforms. This also impacts Microsoft Graph API requests for attendance reports.
Duration of impact: This is a permanent, Microsoft-driven change.
Necessary follow-up steps: WSU Teams meeting organizers or co-organizers who require access to attendance reports for events created before Nov. 1, 2024, must download attendance data by Aug. 1, 2025.
