The following work is being completed: The email authentication module, specifically DKIM signing, will be configured to sign messages sent through ProofPoint and the DKIM module will be enabled. This will correct an issue that is impacting emails sent through SMTP and are being rejected due to the current email authentication module configuration and recent Microsoft changes in bulk email determination.

All affected processes: ProofPoint URL Defense
Duration of impact: No service outage is expected, but the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work.
