Information Technology Services (ITS) is conducting a refresh of Adobe Creative Cloud licensing on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.
As part of this process, all active faculty, civil service employees, administrative professional employees, and students who require continued access to Adobe Creative Cloud must renew their WSU Adobe Creative Cloud license starting Jan. 2.
IT support teams are encouraged to share the following Adobe licensing links to assist WSU faculty, staff, and students renew Creative Cloud access:
- Creative Cloud license for a WSU civil service employee, administrative professional employee, or faculty member
- Creative Cloud license for a WSU student
The scheduled refresh aims to remove licenses from students who have graduated and from faculty, staff, and students who are not actively using the software, ensuring WSU maintains the reduced, contracted quantity of Creative Cloud licenses available to our users.
As the licensing is reset, WSU IT desktop support staff should prepare for an increase in support requests for Adobe Creative Cloud access.
