Restart Cisco Call Manager System, 3/12 to 3/13

Please see the following scheduled Information Technology Services (ITS) maintenance process:

Start Date: Wednesday, March 12, 2025

Start Time: 8 p.m.

End Date: Thursday, March 13, 2025

End Time: 6 a.m.

The following work is being completed: ITS is restarting the Cisco Call Manager core system to refresh the system in preparation for MCF work.

All affected groups: WSU Pullman

All affected processes: Phones should re-register twice during the reboot as they move to and from their backup subscriber. This should take less than five minutes.

Duration of impact: No user impact is expected. As phones re-register, calls in progress should not be affected.

Necessary follow-up steps: If a user encounters any phone issues (such as the phone being unregistered), ITS recommends unplugging the cable from the back of the phone, waiting 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
